The Yoga Intersection runs regular Introductory programs, workshops, intensives and retreats throughout the year.

A practice of Yogasana is a practical method to maintain a healthy relationship between the mind, the body and the breath.    One accesses the skills required to balance the body and steady the mind.    A sense of relief from emotional and social strains allows a progression towards a self-induced state of harmony.  

Introductory/New comers Term 2 2019

In order to maintain a Yoga practice it is important to find a convenient time and place. This program focuses on the principal foundation of Asana which underpins a practice of yoga as a process of understanding oneself.
