The Yoga Intersection runs regular Introductory programs, workshops, intensives and retreats throughout the year.

A practice of Yogasana is a practical method to maintain a healthy relationship between the mind, the body and the breath.    One accesses the skills required to balance the body and steady the mind.    A sense of relief from emotional and social strains allows a progression towards a self-induced state of harmony.

In order to maintain a Yoga practice it is important to find a convenient time and place. This program focuses on the principal foundation of Asana which underpins a practice of yoga as a process of understanding oneself.

There are places available for yoga students to join The Yoga Intersection at the peaceful Vejjasala Engaged Buddhist Retreat centre. With the busy festive season approaching, unwind and restore in these nature surroundings, balanced with simple vegetarian food and plenty of yoga.
Arrive Thursday after 3:00pm. Session 4:30-6:00pm
Friday & Saturday sessions 6:30-7:30am, 9:30-11:30am, 4:30-6pm

Like to join a yoga class but a little uncertain due to back pain? Book a place in the BACK CARE CLASS, WED 4.15-5.30pm . This class involves practising asana which have been broken down into recuperative stages, participants will gain confidence and insight, improving posture and well being.
